An established engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex engineering programmes across multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will oversee programme execution, manage budgets and schedules, and provide strong technical and organisational leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering programmes, managing budget, schedule, scope, and risks
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deliverables
  • Coordinate Integrated Project Teams and resolve issues
  • Communicate progress internally and to customers
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and project managers

Skills Required
