At Sapia.ai, we\’re pioneering the future of ethical, AI-powered hiring. With millions of candidates engaging with our Chat Interview every year, we are redefining how talent is discovered, assessed, and nurtured. Our products are trusted by some of the world\’s most innovative companies, and we\’re just getting started.
We’re hiring a seasoned Product Marketer to join our team.
You’ll sit in the product team, not marketing, because this is about shaping experience, as well as awareness. It puts you at the heart of the product, owning the moments that turn features into outcomes and users into champions.
You’ll work across Product, Design, CS, Sales, and Marketing to bring Sapia.ai’s platform to life for users and buyers with clarity, creativity, and hustle.
This is a rare blend of strategy and craft: part storyteller to shape narrative, part technical writer to drive understanding, part onboarding architect to guide users, and part sales enabler to close the loop.
This role can be based in Australia or the UK.
You shape the user journey, not just the story.
From onboarding flows to in-app education, your work drives how users experience the product, not just how they hear about it. You\’re not just creating awareness, you\’re guiding behaviour.
Speed and context are everything.
You move in sync with product teams, staying close to sprint cycles, release notes, and roadmap shifts, so you can launch, test, and iterate quickly where it matters most.
Your success lives in the data.
You use tools like Intercom, Heap, and Amplitude to track activation, measure engagement, and optimise every touchpoint inside the product. Growth is measured in usage, not impressions.
You focus on the moments after the contract: increasing adoption, educating users, and making sure features actually deliver value. Because real marketing doesn\’t stop at the signup.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Narrative Development
- Help shape and embed Sapia’s brand messaging through our platform – “why Sapia” and “why now”
- Align product copy and user journeys to business outcomes: speed, fairness, candidate love, and talent intelligence
- Write blog posts and product updates that reinforce our narrative and thought leadership
- Writing and Message Development for Feature Launches & GTM
- Own GTM messaging for new features, including comparison pages and sales battlecards: naming, positioning, benefits
- Write launch comms, feature explainers, and internal toolkits
- Develop sales decks and objection-handling content to support conversion
- Partner with CS and Sales to ensure internal enablement through clear, practical toolkits and guides
Customer Education & Adoption
- Create beautiful, clear content such as walkthrough videos, “how-to” explainers, and product one-pagers
- Develop role-specific use cases and stories tailored to recruiters, managers, and TA leaders
- Build a scalable content library to drive self-serve usage and deepen product adoption
- Build and manage in-product comms including tooltips, banners, and guided tours
- Use Intercom (or similar) to design onboarding journeys
- Translate complex AI features into benefit-driven, plain-English copy
- Collaborate with Design to ensure all messaging feels intuitive, fast, and human
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years in product marketing, content, or onboarding — ideally in B2B SaaS or HR tech
- Experience creating onboarding journeys or in-product tours
- Empathy for users – you think in journeys, not just features
- Confidence using tools like Heap, Hotjar, Intercom, Canva

How We Hire
We believe there’s more to you than your CV. So, we start with a chat interview, our very own, designed to uncover your potential and give you the space to share who you are in your own words. You’ll answer five role-relevant questions over chat and submit a short video answer. It’s untimed and mobile-friendly. Afterwards, you’ll get personalised insights from the interview, based on your responses. Our hiring team will reach out to you directly if they’d like to move forward.
