We are seeking a payroll specialist with expertise in the EMEA region, particularly in the UK, South Africa, and UAE markets. This position is responsible for the effective execution of payroll and related processes, ensuring a positive dayâtoâday employee experience for a designated group within assigned geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate delivery of payroll via our external provider, responding to employee queries to provide a positive employee experience.
- Managing the relationship with the payroll provider to continuously improve payroll processing, implement strong controls and safeguards.
- Identifying, recommending and implementing improvements to payroll and related processes.
- Act as the interface between HR and the Accounting and Controlling teams.
- Be the first point of contact for employees for all payrollârelated matters, building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering an outstanding service experience.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of payroll processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure flawless execution and smooth delivery of all lifecycle tasks for the assigned workforce.
- Create necessary documents, contracts, and contractual changes, ensuring compliance with labor laws globally.
Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in an operational HR role with solid payroll management experience, ideally in a startâup environment.
- High HR service delivery standards, strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate an ambiguous and complex startâup environment with a selfâstarter mentality.
