We are looking for a versatile and tech‑savvy multimedia designer who will be part of the EMEA Customer Advisory organisation. The goal is to create customer‑centric assets that improve SAP’s buying journey through creativity, graphic design, user experience and video production.

Responsibilities

  • Create multimedia customer‑centric assets (presentations, visual designs, microsites, video animations, translations) that elevate SAP’s engagement strategy.
  • Design and prepare engaging and interactive presentations with compelling content and visuals.
  • Cut, edit and assemble video recordings, music, voice‑overs, graphics and screen recordings.
  • Participate in testing and sharing new tools, methods and best practices for content creation.
  • Translate and localise global content and tailor digital content to regional needs.
  • Deploy account/opportunity‑specific content, landing pages and microsites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for customer engagement content across CVJ and business development initiatives.
  • Co‑operate with the Global Digital Experience team and leverage the Digital Experience BUILD team for support.
  • Support the content lifecycle management, organising content appropriately and managing the regional/LOB digital content factory.
  • Encourage teamwork by providing support and fostering a climate of collaboration & trust.
  • Act as a Digital Ambassador and drive adoption of a "Digital first" mindset in the region.
  • Support enablement of Regional/LOB GTM teams.

Qualifications

  • Degree in media, visual communication, graphic design, multimedia production or similar.
  • Creative portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of media and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills – enjoys collaboration across disciplines and turning ideas into realities.
  • Creative thinker – re‑frame challenges into possibilities and generate fresh ideas.
  • Problem‑solver – turns complex concepts into simple, understandable and well‑designed visuals.
  • Strong team player – collaborates across the organisation and works autonomously and collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Tech‑savvy with strong knowledge of visual design software (Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma) and proficiency in video editing software (Camtasia, Premiere, AfterEffects).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic web‑design knowledge is an advantage.
  • Initiative, perseverance, curiosity, flexibility and openness to new areas of development.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
