SUMMARY
SAP Demo Build & Value Prototyping is an “Innovation Acceleration Platform” for Complex Customer Engagements. A global team serving the SAP eco-system (global Customers, Partners, Internal teams) focused on demonstrating value, de-risking customer investments, accelerating innovation via complex PoC's, Prototypes and Pilot engagements since 24+ years. In the past 15 years SAP DB & VP has been fully owning, executing and delivering approximately 80 to 90 project engagements on a monthly basis based for all our global customer commitments.
We are looking for multi-skilled Project Coach (Technology Principal Consultant) for one of our strategic initiatives Test & Go-Live. We are looking for candidates with a deep expertise in S4HANA, BTP, Development with the following responsibilities and skillset.
THE ROLE
- Drive parallel projects as a coach.
- Conduct workshops during the discover, show-tell, scoping, explore phases of a project lifecycle using activate, and where relevant design thinking approach.
- Manage the contractual aspects of project execution and thereby create and own statements of work with the customer.
- Manage Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality of the project through its life cycle.
- Coach and guide the project team in the areas of the solution and project delivery.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with relevant stakeholders namely customer project team, sponsors, steering committee, suppliers, etc.
- Manage the margin target of the project by balancing the revenue and the cost.
- Drive and actively participate in the improvement process, create an environment for continuous learning and improvement.
- Articulate the value of deploying SAP solutions to the customer.
- Build, Manage and Maintain business network across global regions.
ROLE REQUIREMENT
- 15+ years of consulting experience across industries and regions.
- Degree / Bachelor in engineering, science, Computer science or equivalent.
- Strong integration skills across SAP modules/applications.
- Experience in E2E Pre Sales, Sales and Delivery cycle.
- Deep understanding of SAP product and strategy.
- At least 10 years of prior piloting or prototyping experience.
- Strong conflict management, change management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Well networked individual within SAP.
- The candidate should be able to operate in a dynamic, dispersed team environment.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills and the ability to establish strong client relationships.
- The candidate needs to have a “Make it Happen / Can do it” attitude and should be flexible to accept a change in home location for a mutually agreed time period depending on the business need of the global team.
