Meet your team: Global AI CRO is a global team under the Customer Success (CS) organization. It is chartered to enable adoption and consumption of SAP Business AI – across all LoBs. The team is helping customers identify and prioritise SAP Business AI scenarios to maximise business value of their investments. The team is focused on SAP’s strategic Business AI, working closely with various LoBs/Local MU’s/Sales/Pre-Sales Units across regions to enable and support building high value use cases thereby increasing adoption and consumption of SAP Business AI.
SAP offers an opportunity to highly motivated individuals to support the AI CRO team in the areas of Team Coordination, Administration, Designing Presentation & Research on SAP Business AI Topics. This position requires the individual to be very well versed with IT, Web Technologies, and a very good working knowledge on MS Office (particularly PowerPoint), MS Teams and related tools.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Architects and understanding discussed solutions.
- Preparing the relevant meeting notes and architectural slides.
- Creative ability to come up with the right pictorial design of proposed solutions on MS PowerPoint.
- Independent research in order to interpret, understand, and visualise content in the most effective manner and transmit the message with clarity.
- Quick understanding of SAP processes, roles and tasks of Demand Generation areas within the SAP Sales Organization.
- Coordination and keeping track of tasks and action items.
- Maintaining, creating, & following up on a list of potential customers to enable them on SAP Business AI and also the handover process to other organizations.
- Organising calendars and coordinating team meetings/events. Maintaining regular communication and keeping track with the stakeholders.
What you bring:
- Must have skills on MS Teams and MS Office Tools. Extensive knowledge of all PowerPoint features.
- Must have creative skills and the ability to visualise a complex concept using tools for designing purposes.
- Must have knowledge of Web Technologies, some programming experience and very well versed with IT.
- Must have problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend technical solutions and draw them in pictures.
- Must have coordination skills with excellent time management and ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Knack for innovation – good understanding of latest technologies, SAP BTP, IoT, Blockchain, AI, etc.
- Ability to independently research about new innovation areas involving edge technologies.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English and a very good team player.
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Business Development / Sales Support / Demand Generation Support roles is a plus.
