What you’ll do

The ideal candidate is interested in engaging with sales & operational teams and has a basic understanding of SAP solutions/technology. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Business Transformation Management (BTM), and involves time-critical tasks essential to the success of the BTM Sales Team.

The Strategic Project Management Officer (SPMO) plays a vital role in supporting the CRO by handling administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the PMO.

Financial and Operational Monitoring, and Reporting

  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue and manage sales pipelines.
  • Produce precise financial accounts, status reports, and snapshots for Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Monitor progress in Harmony, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Conduct sales and margin reviews with Market Unit Leaders.

Communication and Coordination

  • Schedule and document weekly meetings, capturing action points and follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations, visuals, and status updates as required.
  • Support CRO with ad-hoc project requests.
