What you’ll do is to support the Regional Head of Customer Success in driving key operational initiatives that improve business performance, team effectiveness, and customer outcomes across the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Support and coordinate regional programs focused on customer retention, growth, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Drive projects from planning to execution, ensuring clear milestones, progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
- Analyse business performance trends and help identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Own and manage communications to the regional teams on behalf of senior leadership.
- Prepare presentations, business updates, and recommendations to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
- Become knowledgeable in Customer Success operations, including renewals, forecasting, and key business metrics.
- Follow up on critical actions and initiatives to ensure momentum, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Operations to help drive regional priorities.
What you bring:
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems into actionable plans.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with AI tools, automation, or coding is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills.
