  • You will advise account teams on opportunity positioning, help customers visualise outcomes, and foster trust through evidence-based storytelling and demonstrations that resonate with stakeholders up to C-suite level.
  • Your work will build customer confidence, drive adoption and consumption, and ensure world-class experiences across the lifecycle—ultimately maximising customer value and supporting renewal and expansion.

Key tasks include

  • Engaging early with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and align SAP solutions with strategic priorities.
  • Advising account teams on opportunity viability and positioning based on success probability, customer readiness, and account strategy.
  • Creating and delivering compelling stories, demonstrations, and digital assets that showcase differentiated business outcomes to large audiences.
  • Co-creating a shared SAP Ariba vision with customers and partners, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Driving exceptional customer experiences in critical segments to increase adoption, consumption, and value realisation.
  • Continuously communicating the extended value of SAP solutions throughout the lifecycle to support renewals and expansion.
  • Contributing to milestones within sub-projects and providing regular, timely status updates to managers or project managers.

What you bring

  • Strong competence with the tools, procedures, and (where applicable) programming languages needed to plan and deliver high-quality demonstrations and solution narratives.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, simply, and memorably—tailoring messages to audience needs—and to provide constructive, timely feedback to colleagues and managers.
  • Proven collaboration skills to build effective working relationships with peers and adjacent functions across SAP and with partners.
  • A mindset focused on customer value realisation, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement of demo assets and engagement methods.

Contract duration: 6 months.
