What you’ll build:

  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced Solution Advisors across SAP UKI, fostering professional growth and excellence.
  • Partner with sales, service delivery and other stakeholders to design tailored demonstrations that showcase the business value of S/4HANA and the SAP finance portfolio.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of effective, value‑based demos and proof‑of‑value engagements.
  • Establish a strong feedback loop between customers and product teams to shape product priorities.
  • Drive adoption of consistent sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Sale).
  • Own the qualification and resource alignment against all engagements in your area in close partnership with the sales leaders.
  • Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of new team members.
  • Track and report team performance against defined goals and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the software/SaaS industry, including 2‑3 years in a presales leadership or senior presales role.
  • In depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core finance processes.
  • Strong background in enterprise software presales, ideally within the B2B Enterprise SaaS, Cloud and AI space.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing presales professionals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with value‑based selling methodologies.
  • Solid organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
