You will be expected to
- Strategise, prepare and deliver engaging solution demonstrations, presentations and business cases to prospects and clients that lead to successful sales outcomes with Signavio’s products and services.
- Lead technical process mining evaluations (Proof of Concepts) requiring large-scale data manipulation scenarios.
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) (functional, technical, security aspects) and deliver timely, detailed, and well-crafted follow-up reports and presentations to client and prospect requests for additional information.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Signavio’s solution suite, competitive product offerings, market intelligence, and unique differentiation.
- Collaborate with Sales enablement and product teams to share market insight and solutions, and work with post-sales delivery teams to ensure long term customer success.
- Provide thought leadership, technical expertise and best practice knowledge around process mining and process management to our prospects and customers.
What You Bring
- Presales and Enterprise Solution Consulting experience, ideally within the field of Business Process Management or Enterprise Architecture
- Deep understanding of key business processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Make-to-Order, etc.
- A self-starter, you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with major ERP systems, data extraction, data analysis, reporting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with process mining and process mining applications.
- Strong analytical skills including value analysis, business case development, ROI calculations, etc.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects among multiple stakeholders (internal and external) simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel e.g. 30%.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
