SAP S/4HANA Retail Team Lead
Location: London (Hybrid)
Start Date: Beginning of November
Duration: 12 months initially
Engagement: Contract
We\’re working with a leading retail organisation embarking on a large SAP S/4HANA Retail transformation programme, and we\’re searching for an experienced Team Lead to join the delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme from the outset, taking ownership of team leadership and delivery across key functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a team of SAP Retail consultants across relevant workstreams
- Act as the escalation point for functional and delivery queries
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards
- Support solution design discussions and provide subject matter expertise
Experience Required:
- Proven experience leading teams on SAP Retail or S/4HANA Retail programmes
- Strong functional knowledge of Retail processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Previous experience in large-scale transformation environments
