YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) within the Security & Compliance unit of the newly formed Sovereign Cloud Technology & Deliver team as part of the SAP Government Security & Secrecy board area. In this role, you will function as a 'servant-leader' for team members to remove impediments at the team-level as well as in scaled agile frameworks to shield the teams from interferences. You will buffer the team against any distracting influences. You will help the team to evolve to high performing, self-organised agile team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects/workstreams of moderate complexity from planning to delivery.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
- Monitor progress against milestones, scope, and budget; identify risks and define mitigation actions.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision rounds and document outcomes.
- Provide regular, concise status updates to managers and stakeholders.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and project quality.

Work Experience
- Experience with agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) required.
- Confident user of JIRA and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner/Tasks, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Master) preferred.
- Basic understanding of modern IT architectures (e.g. cloud, APIs) preferred.
- Experience managing compliance teams preferred.
