The GTM Execution Manager is a core member of the Procurement & Fieldglass Knowledge Hub. The Execution Manager will work alongside the regional market development team and F&S marketing team as well as other regional stakeholders to create and execute on campaigns and events, to attract the attention of new buyers and existing customers, building demand and influencing existing pipeline through direct marketing and partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing and regional GTM teams to plan and execute regional GTM activities across multiple channels, including digital marketing, in-person and third-party events, webinars and content creation.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance to align with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and roll out GTM campaigns in the UKI region.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing and extended global and regional marketing teams, internal stakeholders, partners and external agencies/vendors.
  • Develop and prepare internal communications, presentations, newsletters, and GTM materials.
  • Create content and campaign assets, such as event websites, social media posts, executive presentations, videos, and customer reference material.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in GTM execution, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A resilient and adaptable personality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with external parties.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
