Acting as the single point of contact for Demand Generation best practices, the DM consolidates the One DG Action Plan and aligns Target Account Lists, Demand Programs, and Sales Plays across all demand sources, including Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Corporate CS&D, Enterprise Sales, and Customer Engagement. The role also leads regular steering forums and planning summits to review performance, reprioritise initiatives, and reallocate resources to maximise business outcomes.

  • Strong Program and Project Management: Highly organised with proven ability to plan and execute complex, cross-functional demand programs within a matrix environment.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in leveraging KPIs and advanced analytics using BI tools, Excel, and familiarity with SAC, DMD, Pipeline Analyzer, and Outreach.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Adept at building relationships and presenting to diverse audiences across Sales, Marketing, Partners, Sales Operations, and Customer Success Management in international, multicultural settings. Experienced in executive-level reporting and communication with strong executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Demand Generation and Segmentation Expertise: Proficient in sales planning, digital and outbound tactics, and partner co-demand initiatives. Demonstrates thought leadership in identifying focus areas and generating pipeline strategies.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
  • Approximately 10+ years of professional business experience, ideally in enterprise software sales, sales enablement (e.g., Center of Excellence, Industry Value Engineering, Sales Operations, Pre-sales, Marketing).
  • 3+ years of SAP experience desirable; Cloud experience in a B2B environment advantageous.
  • Proven leadership in driving results within virtual teams; fluent in English.

As Demand Manager for UKI you will:

  • Deliver operational demand management for assigned UK & Ireland (UKI) focus areas, supporting the Head of Demand Management in strategy execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Demand Generation (DG) best practices within your domain. Consolidate the One DG Action Plan, align Target Account Lists and Demand Programs/Sales Plays, and drive execution across Sources of Demand (SoDs — Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Sales, Services, and Customer Engagement).
  • Own pipeline health for your focus areas — creation, progression, and conversion — ensuring sellers can achieve bookings targets. Maintain and update demand reporting and dashboards to provide accurate, timely insights that support prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance pipeline attainment and process efficiency; design and support implementation of practical solutions, tooling improvements, and standard operating procedures.
