SAP Business One Support Consultant in Manchester

Are you a SAP Business One Support Consultant looking for a new challenge?

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support and triage for SAP B1 users
• Manage ticket queues and ensure SLAs are met on all tickets
• Troubleshoot/resolve SAP B1 issues (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance)
• Assist with user training and documentation of SAP B1 processes
• Participate in system upgrades and document known issues
• Help with IT support tasks when needed

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a SAP Business One Support Consultant
• Experience on a helpdesk or a busy in-house support position
• Good solid knowledge of SAP B1 (e.g Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance)
• Understanding of the configuration of MS SQL and HANA
• A SAP Business One certification is ideal
• Experience with Produmex and Produmex Scan is highly desirable
• Understanding of SAP B1 MTD and Codeless Platforms BPA is ideal
• Experience with any of other SAP B1 add-ons, such as DTW, Boyum, B1UP, P&D, RSP and CKS is ideal
