What will you be doing? This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global software organisation as part of a team of apprentices, learning together to achieve your degree while working at SAP. You will work at the heart of our sales engine, supported by experienced sales leaders. You will learn how to navigate complex buying environments, build long-term relationships, and sell solutions that genuinely transform how businesses operate. On completion of the program, you will have achieved a BSc. (Hons) Professional Practice in B2B Sales with Middlesex University and a Level 6 B2B Sales Professional Apprenticeship Award. You'll be gaining this qualification while working at SAP, with 20% of your time spent on learning for your qualifications.
Our Apprentices will work from our UKI Head Office in Feltham. Depending on your role, you may have the opportunity to travel offsite to customer meetings and attend events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and value propositions.
- Conduct research to understand customer challenges, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Engage with senior leaders at SAP and customers through meetings and presentations.
- Be responsible for team projects with other SAP departments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting activities.
- Develop and be responsible for commercial activities such as quote creations and approvals process.
- Complete all apprenticeship learning modules, assignments, and workshops to progress toward the Level 6 qualification.

Requirements:
- 2 A Levels (or equivalent) to be eligible – Grade D or above
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent – Grade C or above
- You are a resident in the UK and have been ordinarily a resident in the UK for at least the previous three years before the start of your apprenticeship.
- Successful candidates would be required to be in SAP's Feltham office 3 days a week.
Details of employment: SAP start date 1st July 2026, with degree learning starting September 2026.
