  • Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and project quality.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to lead successful projects and work cross-organisationally.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguities while being innovative and collaborative.
  • Ability to be an Active Listener and employ various levels of listening as required by the needs of those you coach.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Cultural awareness, intercultural competencies, and ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to think strategically, delivering services to meet stakeholders’ demands on a timely basis.
  • Problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology skills and the willingness to learn new topics quickly.
  • Strong driver mentality: you proactively move topics forward and keep teams focused on outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Structured and reliable working style.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate time differences working with internationally-based colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel (less than 10%).
  • Fluent in written and verbal English required.

Work Experience

  • Experience with agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) required.
  • Confident user of JIRA and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner/Tasks, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Project management certifications (e.g. PMP®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of modern IT architectures (e.g. cloud, APIs) preferred.
  • Experience managing compliance teams preferred.
