Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the development and execution of global events for SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio, aligning with our marketing strategy and company objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event planning, including promotion, branding, and budget management.
- Customer Experience: Ensure all events deliver a superior customer experience.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize event performance for improved ROI.
- Internal Communications Strategy: Work with CMO, SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio on internal communications strategy and execution.
- Content: Curate, edit, and structure internal communication content effectively to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and priorities.
- Channels: Maintain and monitor internal communication channels.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct monthly reporting and analyze the performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B marketing, focusing on event management and internal communications.
- Event Management: Proven ability to plan and execute successful events.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
