This role would suit a Data Scientist / Data Analyst from within a Partner / Competitor organisation with experience in working with GTM / Sales OR a Sales person with strong Data skills.
Position Overview
The Sales Intelligence Analyst is a sales support role responsible for leveraging technology and data to uncover opportunities, maintain CRM data integrity, and support revenue-generating initiatives. As an individual contributor, you will support a defined sales segment by profiling key accounts, researching and enriching contact data, creating reports, and delivering insights that enable Sales teams to engage the right businesses with the right value at the right time.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a fast learner with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales. You are comfortable working with complex datasets and translating insights into clear, actionable guidance for Sales teams. You have a strong understanding of sales technology and can confidently advise field teams on how to apply data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
- Identify SAP Concur alumni by analyzing the install base and cross-referencing with Sales Navigator to surface former decision-makers, key users, and influential stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, Digital Transformation) at previous organizations; tag and document insights in Salesforce
- Refresh, validate, and enrich account and contact data using multiple sources, including company details, websites, phone numbers, job titles, and email addresses
- Identify key buying-process stakeholders who have recently changed roles and flag this intelligence in Salesforce
- Analyze Outreach performance data and report findings to the Head of New Business, including identifying high- and low-performing sequences across markets
- Deliver bi-weekly updates to Sales and SDR teams on economic trends and how to apply these insights in upcoming prospecting efforts (with coaching support from the Head of New Business)
- Support target account selection using industry insights and tools such as Time Top 50/100, Crunchbase, and MiTools
- Assist with ReachDesk direct-mail campaigns by gathering and validating mailing address information
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour using advanced tools and online research
- Conduct in-depth market and account research to identify leads, segments, and new sales opportunities
- Create clear, data-driven reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Support adoption and integration of new sales technologies across Sales and SDR teams
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and manage lead vetting from initial identification through qualification
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive and relevant market intelligence
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Sales Intelligence Director (US-based) with a dotted-line relationship to the UK Head of New Business for day-to-day support and local alignment.
