We help the world run better. At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritise your wellbeing, and truly belong.

What you'll build: We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team and support the continued growth of our Sales and Solution Advisory Apprenticeship Programme. The programme currently includes 21 Level 6 apprentices, with ambitious plans to expand over the next three years. In this role, you will work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager to design and deliver a structured onboarding experience for Customer Success apprentices. You’ll support recruitment efforts and act as a trusted guide throughout the early stages of their SAP journey.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design and deliver a clear onboarding and development plan for sales and solution advisory apprentices, working with colleagues from around the SAP UK&I business to create meaningful enablement sessions for students.
  • Support recruitment activities and help identify great candidates.
  • Run regular 1:1s, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support of apprentices.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to review apprentice progress, celebrating successes and identifying development areas.
  • Work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager and wider teams to ensure apprentices have meaningful work, clear objectives, and a strong support network.

What you bring:

  • Experience in programme or project coordination (formal qualification not required) with the ability to plan, structure, and deliver initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: you will need to work with colleagues across different teams and seniority.
  • Coaching and mentoring capabilities: particularly supporting early-career talent.
  • Empathy and interpersonal communication, you will need to build trust with apprentices and support diverse learning needs.
  • An understanding of the B2B sales cycle or SAP ecosystem is a plus.

Where you belong: You’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales & Solution Advisory Apprenticeship Programme, working closely with the Future Talent Programme Lead, who oversees onboarding for apprentices and interns across SAP UK&I. Based within the Chief Business Office, this team focuses on designing and delivering impactful programmes that create value for the business. You’ll collaborate regularly with Sales Leadership, HR, Programme Leads, and Account Teams, contributing to a highly cross-functional and supportive environment.

We win with inclusion: SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone – regardless of background – feels included and can run at their best. At SAP, we believe we are made stronger by the unique capabilities and qualities that each person brings to our company, and we invest in our employees to inspire confidence and help everyone realise their full potential.
