The Assessment Senior Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of SAP's leadership assessment practices, ensuring that leadership potential, readiness, and development needs are consistently and accurately identified. Working within established frameworks, this role applies assessment methodologies, tools, and data insights to enable high-quality talent and succession decisions, collaborating closely with Leadership Development, Succession, and Business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute leadership assessment processes and methodologies across leadership levels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Apply and interpret assessment tools to generate actionable insights.
- Analyze assessment data to support talent reviews, succession planning, and development decisions.
- Collaborate across Leadership Development & Talent Programs organization and P&C stakeholders to embed assessment insights into development planning.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of assessment frameworks, tools, and reporting approaches.
- Ensure compliance with global assessment standards, ethics, and data privacy requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
