Position Description: The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for Account Executives. This includes outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media tools, corporate events, and marketing sponsored campaigns amongst others. The SDR will also collaborate heavily with their Account Executives, building a partnership that fosters success.

Day in the Life of a Sales Development Representative:
- You will work with your manager who values in the moment coaching, weekly one to ones, as well as autonomy to allow you to run your own territory.
- You own your territory. You will identify target accounts based on key industries, previous interest, and personas who are best suited to use our solution. You’re driven to build knowledge of SAP Concur’s solutions, market needs and our competitors.
- You will confidently overcome objections and face challenges that come with prospecting and calling head-on. You will effectively communicate our value propositions to key decision makers.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear, confident communication. You will work professionally and effectively to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound motions, actively engaging with leads through various channels such as phone, Drift chat, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
