You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritise your wellbeing, and truly belong.
What you'll bring
Bring your deep expertise in strategic account management, complex sales execution, and the ability to lead teams and programmes that drive significant cloud revenue outcomes. If you can align account strategy with customer business goals, mentor sales professionals, and navigate complex partner and stakeholder environments, you are ready to lead at this level. Bring deep SAP and industry expertise, the ability to lead through influence, and a proven capability to orchestrate diverse teams, partners, and executive stakeholders around a shared customer strategy. You actively drive continuous improvement and champion the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working to improve team effectiveness and execution quality.

You will set strategic direction for virtual account teams, coordinating specialists, partners, and customer stakeholders around a common account vision and execution plan. You will establish governance frameworks, ensure forecast accuracy and deal excellence, drive accountability across multiple workstreams, and coach account executives to raise overall team performance. The role requires balancing customer advocacy, commercial growth, operational discipline, and team leadership to deliver sustainable cloud revenue growth and customer value. You will champion continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation opportunities to simplify execution, improve visibility, and scale best practices across the organisation.
At SAP, you will be part of an inclusive, global community of sales professionals committed to driving cloud revenue growth and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
