What you\’ll do
As the UKI Field Marketing Lead for HCM, you will be the strategic marketing partner to senior Line of Business (LOB), Sales, and Partner stakeholders. You will lead the development, execution, and optimization of a data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategy that drives demand, accelerates pipeline growth, and supports adoption across priority industries and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the UKI HCM Marketing Plan and Targets.
- Translate global and regional strategies into locally relevant, high-impact customer journeys. Define and manage the UKI marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Execution Management & Program Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and operational excellence. Partner with regional execution teams and digital hubs to scale and optimize campaign performance.
- Voice of the Customer: Leverage market insights, buyer behavior, and customer feedback to shape messaging, campaign design, and engagement strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-Team Orchestration: Drive collaboration across UKI marketing, global marketing, sales, partner teams, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, multi-channel programs that support pipeline acceleration and customer success.
- Outcome-Focused Marketing: Champion business impact over activity. Align marketing KPIs with sales goals, account plans, and pipeline metrics to ensure marketing contributes directly to revenue growth.
- Use analytics and performance data to inform strategic decisions, optimize campaign effectiveness, and guide Agile course correction.
- Elevate Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that emotionally connect with B2B buyers and clearly articulate SAP’s value proposition across industries and personas.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or software.
- Proven success in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong data literacy and analytical skills to drive insight-led decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and with customers.
