What you’ll do:

In this role, you\’ll help manage SAP’s global social media presence day-to-day, ensuring our content is timely, relevant, and aligned with key business goals. You’ll help shape SAP’s voice across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, working closely with (Regional) Social Media Managers to create content that connects with diverse audiences across markets, languages, industries, and interests. You’ll also collaborate with our creative agency and Social Media Managers to brainstorm, brief, and deliver compelling content tailored to local needs. You’ll help monitor conversations, identify engagement opportunities, spark two-way dialogue around the topics that matter most to SAP, and stay tuned into the pulse of our audience. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple time zones and regions, providing valuable insight into how social media strategies adapt across cultures and languages. You’ll be a key part of the Global Social Media team; contributing to team meetings, sharing learnings, documenting best practices, and supporting projects that enhance our performance, processes, and content across SAP’s social ecosystem.

What you bring:

You’re a recent graduate (within the past 1–2 years) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Curious, creative, and passionate about social media and storytelling, you’re someone who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across cultures and time zones. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. You either have experience with, or are excited to learn, tools like Opal and Sprinklr. You keep up with social trends and understand how platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube work, especially in a B2B context. You’re fluent in English, and additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French are a plus. You’re data-savvy, adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced, global environments where no two days are the same.
