Purpose and Objectives
Join the global leader in digital transformation - SAP - on an exciting growth and innovation journey! Opening for a recent graduate/early professional to join as PMO – Sales Operations & Analytics Associate. The contract is for 6 months full-time, with the possibility of extending it. SAP is seeking a proactive and analytical individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in Sales to join the UK & Ireland sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with numbers, building insights from data, and supporting decision-making through high-quality reporting and dashboards, whilst working collaboratively with the sales team. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise-level Sales & Project governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a global technology environment. As the role progresses, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytics skills to support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities across projects and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PMO activities through data analysis, reporting and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI tracking tools.
- Assist in preparing management reports, presentations and executive summaries.
- Support project governance activities, ensuring data quality and consistency across initiatives.
- Contribute to internal communications with data-driven inputs and visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning, forecasting and reporting cycles.
- Help identify trends, risks and opportunities based on available projects and business data.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (beneficial but not required).
- 1-2 years of working experience (internships or early professional roles) in analytics, PMO or data-related areas.
- Strong hands‑on mentality with interest in project management and operational excellence.
- Proactive in making process improvements recommendations to the UK&I Management System.
- Very strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation); Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working with data, numbers and structured reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high data quality standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate data into clear messages.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way.
- Strong team player with a proactive and curious mindset.
- Must be fluent in English.
