We help the world run better. At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritise your wellbeing, and truly belong.

What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

About the role: The Marketing Execution Specialist (limited) is a core member of the EMEA Regional LoB & ABM team with a dual remit:

  • Plan, execute and optimise regional marketing campaigns and events (internal and external).
  • Support the Head of the team with internal communications and executive‑assistant duties (calendar and meeting management, preparation of materials).

This is a hands‑on role suited to an energetic junior marketer who enjoys both tactical campaign work and close stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels: events, digital, webinars, ABM and social.
  • Work closely with regional LoB, ABM and Industry marketing leads, internal stakeholders, and external agencies/vendors to deliver campaign activity on time and on brief.
  • Support end-to-end event execution (virtual and face‑to‑face): logistics, promotion, content creation, speaker coordination and on‑site/virtual support.
  • Create and manage internal communications and promotional assets.
  • Maintain and update internal communications platforms (primarily SharePoint); ensure content is current and accessible.
  • Track campaign performance: collect data, produce regular reports and insight summaries, support basic analytics to inform optimisation.
  • Handle administrative tasks that support the team’s efficiency (e.g., vendor coordination, budget tracking support, asset management).
  • Prepare and maintain executive‑facing materials (presentations, briefings, Q&A documents) and support the Head of team with calendar and meeting management.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Min 1–2 years marketing experience (B2B preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Practical experience managing marketing campaigns and concurrent tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Organised with excellent time‑and‑calendar‑management skills.
  • Strong collaborator who works well with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proactive, with a “can‑do” attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and responding well under pressure.

What success looks like in 6 months:

  • Independently runs campaign execution for at least one major regional activity (from brief to post‑event follow‑up).
  • Produces timely, accurate internal communications and executive materials that streamline leadership workflows.
  • Delivers clear weekly campaign reports and actionable recommendations based on data.
  • Recognised by stakeholders for reliability, responsiveness and high‑quality execution.

Meet your team: The regional team is dynamic, multicultural and friendly. You’ll have real ownership across a range of projects and campaigns and collaborate with multiple leaders across LoBs and marketing disciplines — an ideal environment for early‑career growth and hands‑on learning.
