We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritise your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
As a Senior Solution Advisor Expert, you will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Finance, operating with a high degree of autonomy across complex, ambiguous customer environments. Working in close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, you will bring demonstrated depth of knowledge and a proven record of business impact to engagements spanning the full solution lifecycle — from pre‑sales discovery and solution design through to value articulation, commercial close, and post‑sale advisory.
Drawing on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, core business processes, and the Finance solutions portfolio, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of complex sales engagements, shaping strategy from opportunity qualification through to post‑sale outcome realisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, you will drive the strategic expansion of their SAP footprint, identifying growth opportunities and translating them into measurable, sustained business value for their organisation.
What you will do:
- Lead solution discovery workshops and support business case development for SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, engaging directly with executive sponsors to establish strategic alignment from the outset.
- Design and deliver compelling, personalised solution demonstrations for executive and senior business audiences, articulating strategic value and differentiating SAP in the market.
- Architect end‑to‑end solution proposals for complex, enterprise‑scale engagements, aligning SAP S/4HANA capabilities precisely to customer requirements and strategic transformation objectives.
- Lead the response to complex RFPs, RFIs, and proof‑of‑concept requests, producing technically rigorous and commercially compelling content that positions SAP competitively.
- Build and steward long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts and C‑level stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner across the full customer lifecycle — from initial engagement through to adoption and expansion.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and internal escalation point for complex SAP S/4HANA and Finance scenarios, providing guidance to account teams, partners, and customers alike.
- Own the development and continuous improvement of reusable advisory assets, raising the quality and consistency of the broader Solution Advisory practice.
- Coach and mentor colleagues within the Solution Advisory team, building capability across SAP S/4HANA product knowledge, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation.
- Represent SAP as a recognised thought leader at community events, industry forums, and webinars, actively shaping SAP's market narrative within the Finance and ERP solutions space.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience within large enterprise software or IT organisations, combined with authoritative knowledge of finance business processes and deep, hands‑on expertise across SAP's Finance solutions portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA.
- A minimum of 10+ years in SAP solution advisory, pre‑sales, or consulting roles, with a proven track record of success across multiple Finance lines of business.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid deployment models in enterprise B2B environments, with the ability to advise customers on deployment strategy at an architectural level.
- A strong command of AI and machine learning capabilities within the SAP portfolio — including SAP Business AI and SAP Joule — with the ability to translate AI‑driven automation, predictive insights, and intelligent process capabilities into a compelling strategic narrative for senior business stakeholders, and to guide customers in defining their AI adoption roadmap within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
- A recognised authority on SAP S/4HANA and Finance solutions, with a demonstrable record of influencing complex, high‑value purchasing decisions and driving measurable customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to craft and own compelling, executive‑level narratives and competitive themes that clearly differentiate SAP and build lasting confidence with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to rapidly diagnose customer business priorities, positioning SAP solutions as the strategic path to sustained value.
- Executive presence, intellectual credibility, and the gravitas to engage confidently at C‑level — bringing energy, conviction, and an unwavering commitment to customer success.
