We are looking for a versatile & tech‑savvy multimedia designer that is passionate about problem‑solving through creativity and innovation. You will be part of the EMEA Customer Advisory organisation. The goal is to create customer‑centric assets to improve SAP's customers' buying journey through creativity, graphic design, user experience and video production.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Create multimedia customer‑centric assets (presentations, visual designs, microsites, video animations, video translations) that elevate SAP’s engagement strategy.
  • Design and prepare engaging and interactive presentations with compelling content and visuals.
  • Cut and edit video recordings, assemble music, voiceovers, graphics, video snippets and screen recordings.
  • Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new tools, methods and best practices for content creation.
  • Translate and localize global content as needed, tailor digital content to regional needs.
  • Deploy account/opportunity specific content, landing pages, microsites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to carry out content creation for customer engagement across CVJ and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Global Digital Experience team and leverage Digital Experience BUILD team for support.
  • Support the content lifecycle management, organising content appropriately, deploying and managing regional/LOB digital content factory.
  • Encourage effective teamwork by providing support and creating a climate of collaboration & trust.
  • Be a Digital Ambassador and drive adoption of a "Digital first" mindset in the region.
  • Support enablement of Regional/LOB GTM teams.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in media, visual communication, graphic design, multimedia production or similar program.
  • Creative portfolio that shows a wide variety of media & techniques.
  • Strong communicator – enjoys collaboration across disciplines and is passionate about shaping creative ideas and turning them into realities.
  • Creative‑thinker – ability to approach challenges, reframe them into possibilities and generate new, fresh ideas.
  • Problem‑solver – demonstrates creativity when facing problems; proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well‑designed visuals.
  • Strong team player – communicates and collaborates across the organization and can work collaboratively and autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Tech‑savvy and good knowledge of visual design software (Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma) and demonstrated proficiency in video editing software (Camtasia, Premiere, AfterEffects); proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of web design an advantage.
  • Ability to take initiative, persevere, and stay curious, flexible and open to new areas of development.
  • Enjoys working on meaningful innovative projects and is energized by lifelong learning.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

Contract Duration: 6 months.
