The Assessment Senior Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of SAP’s leadership assessment practices, ensuring that leadership potential, readiness, and development needs are consistently and accurately identified.
Working within established frameworks, this role applies assessment methodologies, tools, and data insights to enable high-quality talent and succession decisions, collaborating closely with Leadership Development, Succession, and Business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Execute leadership assessment processes and methodologies across leadership levels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Apply and interpret assessment tools to generate actionable insights.
- Analyze assessment data to support talent reviews, succession planning, and development decisions.
- Collaborate across Leadership Development & Talent Programs organization and P&C stakeholders to embed assessment insights into development planning.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of assessment frameworks, tools, and reporting approaches.
- Ensure compliance with global assessment standards, ethics, and data privacy requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
- Leadership Assessment Tools & Methodologies: Deep understanding of psychometrics, 360s, simulations, and potential models and their application across leadership populations.
- Behavioral / Assessment Report Interpretation: Skilled in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Compliance & Ethics in Assessment: Ensures rigor, fairness, and confidentiality in all processes.
- Data Visualization / Reporting: Leverages tools and analytics to communicate trends and insights effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to support assessment execution and application.
- Assessment processes are executed consistently and reliably across programs and populations.
- Stakeholders receive clear, structured insights that inform talent and development decisions.
- Assessment data is effectively integrated into succession and development discussions.
- Assessment practices are compliant, well-documented, and trusted by stakeholders.
- The role independently manages complex assessment activities and contributes to continuous improvement.
