Overview Client Partner (m/f/d) for Cash Management / Core Banking. You will be at the forefront of driving transformation and innovation in corporate transaction banking. Leverage your deep understanding of cash management and payments processes and related technology to analyze existing banking products and services, identify and propose innovative solutions, and elevate the cash management and payments proposition for customers and prospects.With your solution and delivery competence, you will collaborate with stakeholders from business and IT to understand requirements and pain points and shape the transformation path from discovery to delivery.Responsibilities Interact with prospects, customers and sales teams to understand and anticipate business requirements and challengesAnalyze existing processes using industry knowledge and identify areas for improvementTranslate complex business needs into well-defined solution designs based on SAP Fioneer technology, including Transactional Banking and Virtual Account Management productsUnderstand interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approachDrive transformational progress in early project phases to ensure a high fit and realization of business valueQualifications 10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful executionDeep expertise in corporate banking, global transaction banking, cash management and payments, with solid understanding of technologyConsultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience, especially for strategic engagements and early project phasesExperience with SAP (banking) products is a strong plusStrong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plusBenefits Pragmatic, fast-paced startup environment with a long-established customer portfolioGrowth opportunities based on merit and individual goals, with space to bring new ideas and drive innovationMobile office – work wherever you likeFlexible mobility options (e.g., Company Car; Bike Leasing; JobTicket)Attractive compensation package with 30 holidays
