We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support a global HR transformation programme on a contract basis.
You will have proven experience leading cross-functional teams across large, multi-stream global projects and managing business process design and transformation within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and enhancement activities
- Lead workshops, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
- Configure Employee Central solutions, including business rules, workflows, data models, and integrations
- Provide SAP best practice guidance and support successful project delivery
- Collaborate with global teams across complex HR transformation programmes
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
- Experience delivering global SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central configuration and integrations
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead delivery teams
