Overview: We’re supporting a leading Utilities client in their digital transformation journey and are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead to join on a 12-month contract. This hybrid role involves on-site presence 2–3 days per week (UK-based).
As the Technical Lead, you’ll oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of the SAP S/4HANA solution - ensuring best practices in architecture, integration, and delivery while guiding a multidisciplinary team.
Key Requirements:- 8+ years of SAP Technical experience (2+ years in S/4HANA)
- At least one full SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation
- Strong ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and CDS views experience
- Proven integration skills using SAP PI/PO and CPI
- Clear communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA landscape
- Collaborate with developers, BASIS, and security teams
- Ensure effective integration with legacy and external systems
- Oversee data migration, testing, and cutover activities
- Align all technical work with SAP best practices and business goals
