Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, technical, and third-party stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and status updates.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure successful integration between SuccessFactors and Payroll systems.
- Manage resource allocation and project deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with business objectives and quality standards.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP Payroll processes and associated integrations.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across senior business and technical teams.
- Track record of delivering complex HR and Payroll programmes.
- Strong risk, budget, and resource management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- Previous experience within large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, or Compensation modules.
- Experience managing system integration and testing phases.
