We are working with a valued customer in Scotland seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Programme Manager to lead a business-critical transformation programme. You will oversee the full implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs while coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role, suited to an expert in both delivery leadership and stakeholder management.
