Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Success Factors and Payroll projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, technical, and third-party stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and status updates.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure successful integration between Success Factors and Payroll systems.
