Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Success Factors and Payroll projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate business, technical, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and status updates.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings.
  • Ensure successful integration between Success Factors and Payroll systems.
  • Manage resource allocation and project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Required Experience
  • Proven experience managing SAP Success Factors implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Payroll processes and associated integrations.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across senior business and technical teams.
  • Track record of delivering complex HR and Payroll programmes.
  • Strong risk, budget, and resource management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
