We are seeking a committed Youth Mentor to join a specialist Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) SEN school in Wandsworth this September. This is a fulfilling, high-impact role supporting a fantastic group of young people who have faced challenges in mainstream education. Position Details: 1 x Behaviour Mentor – working with KS4 students (ages 14-16) All-boys SEMH school – majority of students have ADHD or mild Autism Focus: Providing both academic and mental health support Class sizes: 8 students per class Pay: £95-£100 per day, based on experience (we will advocate for top rates for the right fit) Pay review: Scheduled at October half-term About You: Resilient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting students\’ mental health and wellbeing Strong behaviour management skills Ideally experienced in SEN settings or youth/social work Team Teach training is a big bonus Interested?
