SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Term-Time Nursery Assistant or Early Years Practitioner to join a highly regarded nursery in South-West London. The setting boasts expansive outdoor areas, organic gardens, and a dedicated Forest School, providing an inspiring environment for both children and staff. This term-time only role (8:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday) offers the perfect balance between career development and personal time - ideal for those passionate about early years education.

Your Role

  • Support children aged 2-4 in a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
  • Encourage exploration through creative, play-based, and nature-focused activities.
  • Assist with Forest School sessions and outdoor discovery projects.
  • Help with daily routines including meals, rest times, and personal care.
  • Work closely with colleagues to foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Observe and record developmental milestones in line with EYFS standards.

Ideal Candidate

  • Interest in outdoor learning and Forest School principles.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Commutable to Hammersmith and Fulham.
