Teaching Assistant Special Needs (SEND) Hounslow Are you a special needs (SEND) teaching assistant? Or perhaps a teaching assistant looking to move into special needs (SEND)? ABOUT THE SCHOOL The school is split over two sites, with one site catering for students aged 3-11 years, and the other for students aged 11- 19 years (including sixth-form). Both sites cater for students with a range of needs, including Autism, severe learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities and PMLD. ABOUT THE ROLE Support and nurture students with additional needs in their educational journey. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to create inclusive and personalised learning experiences Assist with implementing individualised education plans Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes engagement, growth, and independence Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing their unique learning needs.
