Looking to make a real impact in a supportive school environment this September? We are working with a welcoming primary school in Hillingdon seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and engaging individual who is passionate about supporting children's development.
You will be supporting pupils across KS1, working both 1:1 and in small groups to help children engage with learning, build confidence, and make progress. The role requires someone who is confident supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with behavioural needs.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a school setting
- Be confident supporting children across KS1
- Have experience working with children with additional needs
- Be comfortable supporting pupils with behavioural needs (advantageous)
- Be a positive, proactive, and adaptable team player
