SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school on the borders of Croydon and Sutton, and we're actively seeking a talented Behaviour TA to support pupils across KS2.
About the role
- Behaviour TA position based at a primary school in Sutton
- Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm
- Ongoing positions starting in September and throughout the school year
- Supporting KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils engage positively with learning
- Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
- Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)

What you'll need
- Experience supporting children with challenging or complex behaviour, ideally within a primary setting
- Experience working with KS2 pupils
- A good understanding of behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of individual pupils
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
