SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking flexible Learning Support Assistants to work in well-established schools in and around Teddington. These are classroom-based, daily roles, focused on supporting pupils academically within a high-achieving school environment.
This position is ideal for enthusiastic, diligent graduates, university students or experienced Learning Support Assistants seeking flexible work. You can choose the days you work, making this role suitable for candidates looking for full-time or part-time hours.
Our schools are easily commutable from Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, Hampton, Surbiton, Esher, Walton-on-Thames, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth and Weybridge, attracting candidates across South West London and Surrey.
The Role

Requirements
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or Tutor desired but not essential
- Strong academic background (graduates welcome)
- Confident supporting pupils with literacy and numeracy
- Professional, reliable and well organised
- Excellent communication and safeguarding awareness - or willingness to learn
- Able to commute - you are welcome to apply if you live in and around South West London and Surrey including Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, Hampton, Surbiton, Esher, Walton-on-Thames, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth and Weybridge.
