Are you a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant looking to make a genuine difference in a supportive school community? SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to exclusively advertise an exciting opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join an excellent primary school in Mile End.
About the RoleYou will be working within the school's Additional Resource Provision (ARP), supporting pupils with a range of complex needs. The ARP is a warm, inclusive space where children from different age groups learn together with the guidance of a dedicated class teacher and another experienced TA.
This role involves:
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils with a high level of need
- Assisting with learning activities across a wide age range
- Supporting the class teacher with daily routines and lesson delivery
- Helping to create an encouraging, structured environment that meets each child's individual needs
- Actively taking part in all lessons, sensory activities, and targeted interventions
The ideal candidate will enjoy working creatively with children of different ages and will bring patience, enthusiasm, and a caring approach to every day.
