- Two specialist teachers working collaboratively

Your Role
As the class teacher, you'll create an engaging and highly individualised learning environment that enables every pupil to achieve their personal best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Leading a small class of pupils with a range of complex SEND
- Working alongside a skilled team of Teaching Assistants to deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Monitoring progress and adapting provision to meet pupils' changing needs
- Promoting communication, independence and emotional wellbeing
- Working closely with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child
- Collaborating with the parallel SEND teacher to share ideas and develop outstanding practice across the provision

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching pupils with SEND in either mainstream or specialist settings
