Are you experienced supporting young people with SEMH and behavioural needs? We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Intervention & Behaviour Support Assistant to work across Camden schools delivering targeted interventions designed to improve attainment, engagement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver literacy, numeracy and social skills interventions.
  • Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
  • Implement positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
  • Build strong relationships to improve engagement and confidence.
  • Support classroom learning and behaviour management.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience supporting SEN or SEMH pupils.
  • Background in education, youth work or care settings desirable.
  • Confident managing challenging behaviour.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Pay: Β£95 PAYE per day

Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)
