Are you experienced supporting young people with SEMH and behavioural needs? We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Intervention & Behaviour Support Assistant to work across Camden schools delivering targeted interventions designed to improve attainment, engagement and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver literacy, numeracy and social skills interventions.
- Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
- Implement positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
- Build strong relationships to improve engagement and confidence.
- Support classroom learning and behaviour management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting SEN or SEMH pupils.
- Background in education, youth work or care settings desirable.
- Confident managing challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: Β£95 PAYE per day
Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)
