These roles will include a combination of support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), small group and intervention support and general classroom support.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will:\\n\\nResonate with our principles of: Inspire – Empower – Improve\\nBe caring, enthusiastic and patient;\\nShow commitment and enthusiasm for working with all children;\\nDemonstrate good understanding of inclusive practice to enable children with SEND to access learning and make good progress;\\nHave excellent communication skills;\\nBe able to use initiative to adapt learning to the specific needs of the children;\\nHave experience of working with children with special needs;\\nHave experience of delivering high quality intervention;\\nBe a team player who relishes contributing as part of a larger collective;\\nBe flexible and adaptable to work across the primary age range and in collaboration with other members of staff.
