The Role:
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on the school and your experience
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs
- Work closely with colleagues and support staff
- Build strong relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and development
We're Looking For Teachers Who:
- Are passionate about primary education
- Hold QTS or are currently completing their teacher training
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Are adaptable, reliable and confident
- Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
- Are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging classroom
- Have experience supporting children with additional needs - advantageous but not essential
- ECTs are very welcome to apply
