About the Role As a Nursery Officer, you\’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the development and well-being of young learners. Working term time from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you\’ll be part of a dynamic and nurturing environment that truly values collaboration and creativity. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality care and education for 2-year-olds, ensuring each child feels safe, secure, and inspired to learn. Supporting children\’s social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning. Working closely with a wonderful team to create a welcoming and stimulating setting for both children and families. Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support every child\’s journey. What We\’re Looking For We\’re seeking a passionate and skilled Nursery Officer who: ✔️ Holds a Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent. ✔️ Has experience working with 2-year-olds in an early years setting. ✔️ Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to supporting every child\’s growth. ✔️ Thrives in a team environment and is ready to collaborate with fantastic colleagues.
