The setting boasts expansive outdoor areas, organic gardens, and a dedicated Forest School, providing an inspiring environment for both children and staff.
This term-time only role (8:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday) offers the perfect balance between career development and personal time - ideal for those passionate about early years education.
Your Role
- Support children aged 2-4 in a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
- Encourage exploration through creative, play-based, and nature-focused activities.
- Assist with Forest School sessions and outdoor discovery projects.
- Help with daily routines including meals, rest times, and personal care.
- Work closely with colleagues to foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere.
- Observe and record developmental milestones in line with EYFS standards.
